HOW DO I SIGN THE CONTRACT?
A customized online client portal and contract are created for each client.
WHAT IS YOUR RETAINER FEE?
The non-refundable retainer fee is 25% of the package price.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
A non-refundable retainer fee of 25% is due at the signing of the contract. The remaining balance is due 1 month before the wedding date.
HOW IS TRAVEL HANDLED?
If travel is needed, travel will will included in the clients custom proposal.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
Engagement sessions are 1-1 1/2 hours.
DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS?
Yes, albums can be added on at any point after the wedding.
WHEN DO TRAVEL FEES APPLY?
Travel fees apply if there is over a 2 hour drive, and a stay is required. If traveling outside the state, flights, hotel, car rental, and meals are calculated in the overall package price.
HOW ARE PAYMENTS HANDLED?
Payments can be made through the clients' portal. Payments accepted include cash, check, bank transfer, and card.
IS THERE A FEE FOR PAYING FOR A CREDIT CARD?
No, there is no additional fee to pay with a credit card.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ONLINE GALLERY?
The online gallery includes all of your high-resolution edited images. Your images are available for download by the couple only. The client can share their gallery with friends and family who will have the option to purchase photos, digital downloads, or other products in the online gallery store.
